Are your cards authentic?

Yes, 100%. All cards are official Kayou licensed products sourced from authorised distributors.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all EU countries — Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland and more.

How long does delivery take?

Germany: 3–5 days · France: 4–6 days · Netherlands: 3–4 days · Spain and Italy: 5–8 days. All orders are tracked.

What is a booster pack vs a booster box?

A booster pack contains a fixed number of cards (usually 8–10). A booster box contains multiple packs (typically 20–30) and guarantees a certain number of rare pulls.

When do new waves drop?

New Kayou waves are added every Friday. Subscribe to our newsletter for early access.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Opened booster packs and boxes cannot be returned due to the nature of random pulls.

Do you offer VAT invoices?

Yes — contact us after purchase and we will issue a VAT invoice for your order.
