We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Unopened Products

Unopened booster packs, booster boxes, and sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1 business day.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of trading card products, opened booster packs and booster boxes cannot be returned under any circumstances. This is standard policy across the trading card industry.

Singles

Individual card singles can be returned within 14 days if the card is not as described. Please contact us with photos of the card received versus the listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EU Consumer Rights

As an EU-based business, we comply fully with EU consumer protection regulations including the 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible products.
