SHIPPING POLICY — TENSHI CARDS

Shipping Rates
- European Union: €14.99
- Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania): €5.99
- Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland: €19.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays) this may extend slightly — we'll always aim to get your order out as fast as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Estonia & Baltic States: 2–4 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- Norway, UK, Switzerland: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier backlogs — especially during peak periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for the tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@tenshicards.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed as lost in transit will be reshipped or refunded.
